PioneerEpay may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You agree to pay all fees and charges that you incur through your use of the Service. All pricing is stated in U.S. dollars. PioneerEpay reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Your continued use of the Service following such notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PioneerEpay regarding the use of the Service, and supersede all prior and concurrent agreements, proposals, and understandings, whether written or oral.
